The management and staff at Destination Lesotho believe strongly in assisting the communities within which the company operates and sources its employees. It has identified a number of communities and organisations within Lesotho that desperately require assistance. These include those communities that have found themselves crippled by the on-set of HIV & AIDS or the high levels of unemployment in the country. Destination Lesotho will decide on which the neediest of these are, and will ensure that it is able to assist them both financially and otherwise in the not-too-distant future.
