Incredible Lesotho - An African Destination (Pty) Ltd is a Cape-based Tour Operator company with its shareholding being primarily in the hands of its founders, Mntungwa and Ntsotiseng Morojele. Although based in South Africa, its main focus is on Tourism in Lesotho given the experience that Mntungwa, Ntsotiseng and their colleagues have with the Mountain Kingdom.

Destination Lesotho is the brand that Incredible Lesotho - An African Destination (Pty) Ltd will trade under, in its efforts to attract visitors to one of the most beautiful African Destinations for Tourists.

Mntungwa and Ntsotiseng believe strongly that the growth of any business is dependent on its staff and that staff must be rewarded with more than just their remuneration. An employee share trust is in the process of being established, whereby all employees will be included as beneficiaries of this trust. When Destination Lesotho is profitable and when dividends are declared, as shareholders the employees will also be rewarded with same, over and above their salaries, bonuses and other benefits.
